AbstractIn the past years, the production of re-composition and transformed goods in rapid cultural change and traditions and the role of agents for the transformation of popular culture have led to a significant and perspective issue in the pop scene. Cantonese-covered Japanese song is one of the examples. The emergence and diffusion of local culture across borders brings new impacts to both places. Moreover, this also discusses on the mechanisms for the traits of the flow of cultural goods into different nation, as well as local perspectives on the nature of foreign culture such as language, music, movie ; creative talent or entertainment industry. Based on the anthropological aspect and research, scholars could reveal their favorites that illustrate the strongest of their notions of “local characteristics”. This also helped in understanding the inflow of a special Culture and its development aboard.
