AbstractInternal hernia is the protrusion of an abdominal viscus through the peritoneum or mesentery into a compartment within the abdominal cavity. We present a case of internal herniation through the foramen of Winslow that was identified by CT imaging. It was treated with reduction at laparotomy and subsequent right hemicolectomy.
