AbstractWe reported a case of supratentorial and posterior fossa hemangioblastomas in a patient who had von Hippel-Lindau disease. A supratentorial hemangioblastoma was strangely represented a multilocular cystic mass. Posterior fossa hemangioblastomas were one typical mural nodule with non- enhancing cyst and three nodular lesions. Screening CT study could reveal a renal cell carcinoma.
