AbstractA 61-year-old woman presented with repeated episodes of intermittent gastrointestinal bleeding. Haemoglobin level was 7.7 g dl−1. On examination, she had telangiectasia of the tongue, lips and nasal cavities. Gastroscopy showed two small vascular malformations in the stomach, but no bleeding source was identified. Except for some altered blood, no lesion was detected on colonoscopy.
