AbstractHydrocephalus is a common complication after aneuryamal subarachnoid hemorrhage. In the University of Hong Kong Shenzhen hospital (HKU-SZH), we routinely perform serial lumbar puncture to reduce the rate of hydrocephalus and vasospasm.
