AbstractINTRODUCTION: Squamous cell lung carcinoma (SCC) belongs to the second most common subtype in non–small-cell lung carcinoma. Recently, doublet chemotherapy regimens remain the cornerstone of first-line systemic treatment. Therefore, new therapeutic approach is urgently needed.
