| Abstract | 機用器械用于通暢塑化根管的治療簡便有效[1],K3機用鎳鈦銼與其它機用鎳鈦系統相比,相對抗折能力較強,并且具有安全的銼尖設計,可以在一定程度上避免側穿的發生[2]。但是目前尚缺乏對K3機用鎳鈦銼進行根管再通的效果評價,以及在根管再通術中銼的損傷情況分析。本研究針對臨床使用手用銼輔助酚克除于下六磨牙塑化根管再通失敗的病例,采用K3機用鎳鈦銼進行根管再通術,評價K3機用鎳鈦銼根管再通的效果,分析K3鎳鈦銼的損傷情況,指導臨床護士及時檢出損傷的K3鎳鈦銼,保證醫師安全使用。1材料和方法1.1實驗材料K3機用鎳鈦銼(SybronEndo公司,美國);X-Smart馬達(Denstply公司,日本);酚 |
