Comparison and Study on Morphology of Early Residential Clusters in Chinese Colonial Cities

Abstract

二十世紀初期的中國殖民城市集群住宅已經被今天的人們逐漸遺忘,甚至面臨消失的命運。針對當前千城一面的中國建筑現狀,通過對六個殖民城市的早期集群住宅的產生及發展進行圖形學分析,闡明不同殖民城市早期集群住宅的形態、相互之間的區別、與傳統住宅的關聯,分析自然、社會及人文等環境因素對其產生及發展的影響,從而揭示出住宅發展的內在規律,以期對現代城市住宅產生積極影響。 Nowadays Chinese early mass-housing of colonial cities in early twentieth Century have been gradually forgotten,even face the disapp earance.Throughm orphology analysis to the occurrence and development of early mass-housing in six cities,this article elucidated the type,the difference of them,as well as the association with traditional housing,and analyzed the effect of natural, social and humanities environment factors on the emergence and development of mass-housing form, so as to reveal the inherent law of mass-housing development.
