Abstract分析整理了《黃帝內經》以及后世醫家對'相火'的論述,認為'相火'最早只是運氣學說中六氣的概念,明清以后才把'相火'看作是人體之正氣,是推動人體生命力的元陽,為一身陽氣之本。后世對'相火'概念的演繹和發揮明顯體現了傳統中醫重視陽氣、以陽氣為本的指導思想。
