| Abstract | 政府宣傳微博是傳統政府宣傳工作的新運用,也是中國政務微博中的重要一支.然而,處於相同的大環境下,不同城市的宣傳微博卻擁有迥異的影響力.為了解釋這一差距,本文用內容分析法,從信息來源、欄目安排、議題設置等方面比較了影響力上相差較大的“@上海發布”與“@天津發布”.我們發現,雖同屬發布型微博, “@上海發布”信息源更多來自於政府部門和公共機構,欄目設置更便民,突發事件報導更為及時.主要原因是兩個政府對政務微博的重視程度和管理理念的差別.同時,突發事件也一定程度推動了政務微博的發展. |
