Abstract本文選擇中國社會為研究背景,從經濟的視角考察中國高等教育的改革和發展,回顧了中國高等教育的發展、改革、擴張與合并的歷程及其在全球維度下產生的影響,集中探討了人力資源要素在大學發展過程中扮演的潛在角色。文章最后指出,中國高等教育發展的方向應該是全球化與民族性的結合。
