| Abstract | 【摘要】 通過一批新史料的發掘,文章力求還原1950年梁思成和陳占祥共同提出《關于中央人民政府行政中心區位置的建議》('梁陳方案')的歷史語境,論證該方案匯聚了中國兩條國都規劃史的線索:19371949年問的北京'西郊新市區'和1928—1949年的南京中央政治區的規劃史。文章還簡要分析了它未能被當權者全盤采納的原因,以及它與今日北京城市狀況的關系。 更多還原
【Abstract】 Through a new set of historical materials, this essay attempts to contextualize the 'Proposal on the Location of the Central Administration District of the Central People’s Government' submitted by Liang Sicheng and Chen Zhanxiang in 1950.The essay analyzes that the proposal was a convergence of two historical threads of China’s capital planning:that of Beijing’s 'New District in the West Suburb' during the period of 1937-1949,and the Central Political District in Nanjing between 1928 and 1949.The essay also investigates why the proposal was not completely accepted by the government,as well as its relevance to Beijing’s present urban condition. |
