AbstractINTRODUCTION: Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome is an atypical, nonhereditary and multi-organ disorder caused by chromosomal deletions of the short arm of chromosome 4 (4p-). The syndrome is also characterized by intellectual disability, delayed in growth and development, seizures and a distinctive craniofacial anomaly, which is described as a ‘Greek warrior helmet’ appearance.
