Abstract針對香港地少人多,城市趨向高層高密度發展所帶來系列的城市環境問題,概述了香港《可持續建筑設計指引》各個條文推出的目的,并論述了這些條文在香港特定的經濟環境下可能發揮的作用。 With the situation of large population and limited land area, Hong Kong is inevitably characterized with high-rise high-density urban fabric, which may induce a series of urban environmental problems. Based on these problems Hong Kong faces, this paper discusses the purpose of launching each item of Sustainable Building Design Guidelines, and also evaluates the possible effects in the unique economic environment in Hong Kong.
