AbstractOBJECTIVES: We report the complete nucleotide of pIMP-PH114, an IncA/C2 plasmid from a Klebsiella pneumoniae strain that was isolated from a patient who was repatriated from Philippines where he had been hospitalized for head injury. METHODS: Plasmid DNA was extracted with QIAGEN Large Construct kit. The plasmid pIMP-PH114 was sequenced using the 454 GS FLX system according to the manufacturer's instruction.
