Abstract | Based on a Ginzburg-Landau theory of a superconductor with singlet pairing in the d x2-y2- and d xy- channels and a Zeeman Coupling, we study the vortex structure of the field-induced d x2-y2 + id xy state. The induced time-reversal-symmetry-broken state may lead to a full gap on Fermi surface of the superconductor. The magnetic field and temperature dependencies of the d xy- component are analyzed quantitatively. The results may be related to the thermal conductivities observed in some high temperature superconductors. © 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved. |
