AbstractRadiological appearances of pulmonary and retroperitoneal lymphangiomyomatosis in a 47-year-old Chinese woman are described. Onset of abdominal symptoms and development of ascites heralded spontaneous rupture of retroperitoneal lymphangiomyomatosis, which is illustrated on computed tomography.
