AbstractThe transfer of titanium ions from titanium citrate and titanocene dichloride to the blood plasma protein transferrin was proven unequivocally by UV/Vis and NMR spectroscopy. The results may provide insight into an important step in the mechanism of action of titanium anticancer drugs.
