AbstractThe modified complex lapped transform domain motion estimation (MCLT-ME) algorithm was discussed. The algorithm was based on phase correlation of current window region and the corresponding window region. It provides a better performance in motion estimation than CLT-ME, full search and three-step search algorithm.
