| Abstract | 根管治疗是当今处理牙髓根尖周病最有效的方法之一。尽管在技术、器械使用和治疗理念方面近二十年来有很大发展，但根管治疗的传统步骤并未改变，仍为三部分组成：即根管成形(shaping),清除感染的牙髓和牙本质，制备适于充填的根管形状；根管清洁(cleaning),去除预备过程中残留的组织，致病微生物及其产物；根管充填和冠部修复( obturationand restoration)，严密封闭根管的所有出口，阻止细菌微生物进入根管系统，造成再感染。 |
