Abstract香港牛頭角上邨二、三期重建項目是房屋署首批由標準設計過渡至非標準設計的公屋項目,同時也是香港首個獲得中國綠色建筑評價三星級的項目。一方面,該項目在滿足社會、環境及經濟可持續發展的基礎上,充分體現了'以住戶為導向'的理念,開辟了一個新的更具人文關懷的綠色建筑發展方向;另一方面,為了從根本上改善高層高密度形態下的城市氣候,該項目從規劃初始就引入了微氣候研究,力圖通過合理的被動式節能規劃和設計來營造舒適的室內外微氣候環境,為未來高層高密度城市的可持續發展提供了良好的參考模式。 Abstract: Redevelopment of Upper Ngau Tau Kok Estate Phases 2 & 3, as one of the pioneer projects applied non-standard design approach instead of original standard design approach by Housing Department, is the first project in Hong Kong that has been awarded 3-star China Green Building Design Label. On the one hand, based on satisfying the need for social, economic and environmental sustainable development, this project comprehensively demonstrates the concept of Residents-oriented Design, which develops a new direction of green building with more humanistic care. On the other hand, in order to fundamentally improve the urban climate induced by urban morphology with high-rise and high-density developments, this project introduces microclimate study into the planning and design process, aiming to provide pleasant indoor and outdoor micro-climate by applying energy conscious passive design approach. Future projects of developing high-rise and high-density sustainable community and city can benefit from studying this project.
