| Abstract | 本文從五行生克理論和五臟整體觀的角度闡釋了《難經·七十五難》經文的實際內涵,認為此難通篇雖未提及'脾'字,但敘述的卻是脾土虛的病機和治法,因'東方實'、'西方虛'而致土虛,用'瀉南方'、'補北方'而治土虛。篇末'不能治其虛,何問其余'一句,清楚表明了該難以'東方實,西方虛;瀉南方,補北方'作問的意義,是正確理解經文要旨的關鍵所在。 |
