Abstract類風濕關節炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是以慢性滑膜炎癥、進行性骨質破壞和關節功能喪失為特征的自身免疫性疾病。目前針對RA的治療以免疫抑制劑為主。近年來生物制劑如TNF-α、IL-6單抗等應用于臨床,但均不能完全控制炎癥進展,且存在病人耐受性差、易發生結核等繼發感染的副作用。因此,深入探討RA的免疫病理機制及研發新型免疫治疗方法对于RA 的临床治疗有重要意义。
