AbstractNew lesion developed in an area which had received vascular brachytherapy poses a clinical dilemma. We report the successful use of endothelial progenitor cell capture stent implantation to treat this lesion sub-type, with no observed adverse event after withdrawal of clopidogrel. © 2009 Elsevier Ireland Ltd.
