Objectives
 To compare reliability and reproducibility of retinal-nerve-fiber-layer (RNFL) defect parameter measurements from AI guided trajectorial demarcation and manual demarcation by trained graders; and to determine diagnostic performance of using defect parameters derived from AI-guided demarcation as novel biomarkers to detect glaucoma and evaluate its progression.
