Objectives
While our team pioneered that novel combination of sequential transarterial chemoembolization, stereotactic body radiotherapy followed by immunotherapy (START-FIT) is promising, its role as downstaging treatment for liver transplantation (LT) remains to be explored. We aim to investigate the efficacy and safety of START-FIT as a downstaging treatment for LT in a prospective trial.
