Objectives
To evaluate the process and outcome of an implementation program designed to implement nurse-led fear of cancer recurrence (FCR) screening and referral into local routine practice. Hypothesis to be tested: The implementation program will increase the proportion of eligible patients screened and the proportion of patients with subclinical-to-clinical FCR referred for FCR management support.
