To evaluate among adults with type 2 diabetes (T2D): (i) secular trend of incidence of hip fracture (2011–2020); (ii) association between medication use (angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor[ACEI]/angiotensin-receptor blocker[ARB] and aspirin) and incident hip fractures.
