1 To test if intolerance of uncertainty (IU) and negative metacognitive beliefs about worry independently predicts fear of cancer recurrence (FCR) 2 To examine the mediating effect of cognitive attentional syndrome (CAS) on the relationship between IU and FCR 3 To examine the mediating effect of CAS on the relationship between negative metacognition beliefs and FCR 4 To examine the overall interrelationship effects among negative metacognitive beliefs, IU, and CAS on FCR.
