Objectives
1 To determine the effectiveness of vertical whole body vibration exercise in reducing vocal fatigue and improving vocal function. (Experimental Group 1) 2 To determine the effectiveness of oscillatory (pivotal) vibration in reducing vocal fatigue and improving vocal function. (Experimental Group 2) 3 To determine if the larynx would oscillate at the frequency induced by the whole body vibration platform. 4 To determine the effectiveness of voice rest in alleviating vocal fatigue and (Control Group) 5 To determine if the psycho-social well-being of in-service teachers will be enhanced by the Voice Gymnasium setting
