1. to understand the background incidence rates of adverse events of special interest (AESI) before the commencement of the COVID-19 vaccination programme. 2. to conduct real-time surveillance to identify AESI associated with COVID-19 vaccination. 3. to evaluate the relative risk of AESI associated with COVID-19 vaccination using record-linkage techniques. 4. to ascertain details of all adverse events using intensive monitoring study on COVID-19 vaccine receipients.
