Allow personalization of stroke rehabilitation at home, with exercises prescribed and tailored according to the needs of individual patients by therapists and physicians. 3. Allow monitoring of progress of individual patients by therapists and physicians, such that rehabilitation programmes could be further streamlined to maximize the recovery of stroke patients with their mobile phones.
