Objectives
1. To investigate the effectiveness of SCT in HK primary schools, thereby exploring the ways in which SCT can lead to a potential paradigm shift from a teacher-centred to student-oriented approach. 2. To identify and examine a set of effective teaching strategies in the SCT context to cater for larger class sizes and the increasingly diverse classroom environment in HK. 3. To scrutinise the ideal conditions (e.g. timetabling and seating arrangements) for capitalising on the practical benefits of SCT in HK primary classrooms.
