Objectives
1. To collect and organize materials on popular music education related to Hong Kong; 2. To assess the effectiveness of local popular music education programmes designed for young talents; 3. To measure different indicators related to the impact of popular music on creativity and intellectual capital; 4. To draft proposal on policy formulations which can induce youth creativity through popular music; 5. To propose policies of knowledge transfer mechanisms related to popular music education.
