Objectives
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) is a spectrum of chronic liver disease with high association with obesity, diabetes and metabolic syndrome. We aimed to interrogate the diagnostic values of circulating biomarkers in staging of NAFLD especially Non alcoholic Steatohepatisis(NASH). We then prioritize and select prominent biomarkers and develop a multi-biomarkers based algorithm for prediction in NASH.
