Objectives
本項目旨在研究和開發利用以可穿戴設備測量得的心率變異性(HRV)作評估人們心理健康的算法,並優化該算法以便與可穿戴設備的移動應用程式或固件整合。 HRV透過測量交感神經和副交感神經之間的持續相互作用對心率的影響,產生有關自主靈活性的信息,從而用作代表調節情緒反應的能力。本項目將收集參與者在特定活動條件下的HRV數據用作代表不同的心理狀況。我們會使用數字信號處理,數字過濾和機器學習的方法來開發可以整合到可穿戴設備固件的算法。我們的目標是根據不同情景下的HRV指標來辨認一個人的精神狀態。我們會使用分類準確率(CA)作為評價所開發算法性能的量化指標。通過開發該算法,我們將生產世界上第一款外觀便捷的可穿戴設備,其能夠在不干預日常生活的情況下區分人的精神壓力,身體壓力和恢復狀態。
