Objectives
a) To develop a system that outline the skeleton of the swimmers and detect the drowning in order to assist the safeguards to improve the safety of the pool. b) To provide posture motion data to facilitate the coach to analyze the swimmers’ performance. c) To develop new algorithm to auto-analyze the swimmer performance and give intelligent recommendations through the use of big data and deep learning to build the model of good swimmer. d) To collect a series of swimming motion data and process them into motion vector and share these research data through the project web for the AI research community to do further development. e) To implement the technology in the swimming pools of two pilot schools and extend he coverage to other schools and public pools.
