Objectives
Extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type, (ENKTL) represents an aggressive clinical course and a poor prognosis especially for advanced disease. Better understanding of the metabolic machineries of ENKTL will be beneficial for finding novel biomarkers or agents for the development of therapeutic treatment. Our preliminary data showed that Lactate Dehydrogenase A (LDHA) was activated in ENKTL. Thus, our objective is to characterize the function of LDHA in ENKTL and investigate the feasibility to use LDHA inhibitor for ENKTL treatment.
