Objectives
(1) To investigate the role of FGF21 in conferring the metabolic effects of GPR110 in liver; (2) To investigate the direct actions of GPR110 on the regulation of hepatic lipid metabolism; (3) To identify the cellular pathways underlying the metabolic actions of GPR110; (4) Proof-of-concept studies in mice to evaluate whether neuralization of GPR110 prevents/ameliorates the development of obesity and hepatic steatosis.
