Objectives
Since scientists attempted and failed with classical vaccine approaches, passive vaccination using HIV-specific broadly reactive neutralizing antibodies (bnAbs) has become an alternative and promising strategy for prevention and immunotherapy against HIV/AIDS. The overall objective of the proposed study is to discover potent human bnAbs from Chinese patients to prevent and treat regional HIV/AIDS.
