Objectives
This study will explore the beneficial effects of lonafarnib as single and combined treatment with an antiviral— zanamivir compared to single zanamivir treatment on HPAI H5N1 infection. We will investigate the efficacy of treatment regimens at different administration periods after infection to imitate clinical situation.
