Objectives
1 To experimentally explore the physics in 2D atomic crystals, monolayer and multilayer monochalcogenides (GaS, GaSe, InSe, etc). 2 To explore the optical characterization techniques for monolayer and multilayer monochalcogenides (GaS, GaSe, InSe, etc). Our goal is to find unique optical spectroscopic features of monolayers and multilayers and to identify the crystallographic structure with optical spectroscopy.
