AbstractNanoparticle targeting efficiency to tumor is poor and not well-understood. We applied intravital microscopy in a dorsal window chamber model to interrogate vasculature-targeted carbon nanotubes. We found that nanotubes program circulating macrophages to enter tumor. © 2011 OSA: BODA/NTM/OMP/OTA.
