AbstractCerebral microbleeds (CMBs) detection has been applied to many brain diseases but not well studied on stroke cohort. We developed and analyzed a deep learning-based CMB detection pipeline on quantitative susceptibility mapping (QSM) images from 138 stroke patients cohort.
