AbstractObjective To compare the antioxidative effects of pectin extracted from Abelia macrotera in Wudang Mountain area with three different methods.Methods Enzyme extracting( EE),water extracting( WE) and ultrasound- assisted extracting( UAE) methods were conducted for extracting pectin from Abelia macrotera leaves,respectively.Then the indexes of 2,2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl( DPPH) clearance and ferric-reducing antioxidant power( FRAP) were used to evaluate the antioxidative activity of pectin,and to analyze the influence of different extracting methods. Results Pectin that extracting with EE method at 45 ℃ for 60 min had the highest DPPH clearance and the strongest antioxidant capacity,the clearance of DPPH was high to( 63.54±5.35) %.The EE method was obviously superior to the other two method at the same terms.Conclusion The enzyme extracting method with 60 min may be more suitable for extracting pectin from Abelia Macroterathe leaves in Wudang Mountain area. 目的:研究不同提取方法對武當山地區二翅六道木葉果膠抗氧化能力的影響。方法:采用酶提取、水提取及超聲波輔助提取三種方法,用2,2-聯苯基-1-苦基肼基自由基(DPPH)清除率,亞鐵還原能力(FRAP)實驗兩種方法測定其抗氧化活性,并分析不同提取方法對其抗氧化性能力的影響。結果:在45℃時,用酶法提取60 min的果膠DPPH自由基清除率和FRAP抗氧化能力最強,DPPH自由基清除率達到(63.54±5.35)%,該方法明顯優于同等條件下另外兩種提取方法。結論:酶提取60 min的方法更適合于武當山地區二翅六道木葉中果膠的提取。
