The progress of the research on the characteristics function and the action mechanism of qing re jie du yao

Abstract

At present, surgeries, radiotherapies and chemotherapies are the major treatments for neoplasm. However, the effectiveness of the treatments to the middle and late periods’ patients are not satisfactory. The treatments can also lead to some side effects. For either fighting against cancer or improving patients’living quality, the unique characteristics of Chinese medicine have made it one of the successful treatments of cancer. Among the various types of anticancer Chinese medicine, qing re jie du yao are commonly used in clinical. It inhibits cancer in vivo and in vitro. If the medicine is used following the theory of Chinese medicine, it helps improve the condition of health and regulate the immunity. As the research is going further, the benefits of the use and characteristics of qing re jie du yao have become more apparent. This paper reviewed the use of qing re jie du yao in clinical and laboratory research in the past decade. The paper also discusses the progress of the research on the effects and the action mechanism of qing re jie du yao.

目前，癌症的治療以手術、放療、化療為主，但中晚期病人的療效並不理想，且諸多不良反應，而中藥的應用，無論在抗腫瘤的作用或是提高患者的生存品質和延長壽命方面，均發揮獨特的作用而日漸成為癌症的治療手段之一。在抗腫瘤的中藥中，清熱藥，尤其是清熱解毒類中藥臨床應用廣泛，在體內外均有一定程度的直接或間接的抗癌或抑癌作用，若在中醫藥理論指導下應用，對改善全身狀況，調節免疫功能也有良好療效。隨研究的進一步深入，清熱解毒藥在腫瘤治療中的應用特點和適應症日益清晰。本文結合中西醫學醫學對癌症的認識、對近10年來清熱解毒類抗腫瘤中藥的臨床、實驗研究結果進行分析和總結，闡述了清熱解毒類抗腫瘤中藥研究進展，並討論了清熱解毒類中藥在惡性腫瘤治療中的作用特點和作用機制。
