AbstractThe invention provides organic thin film transistors including quinacridone derivatives with formula (I). These OTFTs are useful in making flat panel displays, photovoltaic devices and sensors. In the present invention, the disclosed quinacridone derivatives exhibit as p-type organic semiconductors in OTFTs.
