| Abstract | 人體的衰老是生命過程中的自然規律, 是機體中多細胞、多組織和多系統的進行性功能衰退狀態。免疫系統的主要功能是維持機體的正常免疫功能, 防禦病原微生物的侵襲,增加人體對傳染性疾病的抵抗力;同時能識別和清除體內衰老及癌變的細胞,發揮免疫監視及保持機體內環境穩定的重要功能。目前大量的研究發現人體衰老過程中免疫功能也明顯衰退,導致許多與衰老有關疾病的發生,如腫瘤、自身免疫性疾病、中樞神經系統退行性疾病以及感染等。近年的研究揭示了免疫系統衰老導致一些老年性疾病發病的機制。本文著重闡述免疫系統的衰老及分子機制的近期研究進展。 |
