Objectives
To examine the hormonal regulation of granulosa cell function using plasminogen activator production as a marker. In addition to studying the regulation of the production of different types of plasminogen activator, we plan to study the control of the message (mRNA) for both tissue type (t-PA) and urokinase-like plasminogen activators (u-PA).
