Objectives
This study aims to delineate the regulatory mechanisms of ROS maintenance and the role of ROS in regulating NOTCH1/HES1 and JAK2/STAT5 signalings involved in CSCs formation in the 3D organoid model. Importantly, the verification of the mechanisms by clinical relevance using the recurrent and chemoresistant malignant ascites could assist in repurposing FDA-approved drugs in anti-chemoresistance in ovarian cancer.
